These Terms & Conditions ("Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile app, and related services (collectively, the "Services”).

"Vendor” / "Lessor” – Any individual or business listing items for rent on the Platform.

"User” / "Renter” – Any individual or entity renting or booking items listed on the Platform.

"Items” – Any goods or assets listed for rental, such as vehicles, electronics, furniture, fashion items, etc.

"Rental Agreement” – The terms mutually agreed between Vendor and Renter for a specific rental transaction.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use this Platform. Vendors must comply with all applicable local laws and licensing requirements.

3. Account Registration

Users and Vendors must register with accurate and up-to-date details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must ensure all listed items are accurately described, safe, functional, and available for rent.

Vendors agree not to list any illegal, hazardous, or restricted items.

Vendors are responsible for delivery, pickup, maintenance, and insurance (if applicable) of their items.

5. Renter Responsibilities

Renters agree to use rented items responsibly and return them in the same condition.

Renters are liable for any damage, theft, or loss during the rental period.

Renters must comply with the vendor’s specific rental policies (e.g., security deposits, usage limits, identification proof, etc.).

6. Platform Role

The Platform acts as an intermediary between Vendors and Renters.

We do not own, inspect, or guarantee any items listed on the Platform.

We are not a party to the rental agreement between Vendors and Renters.

7. Payments and Fees

Payments are processed via our secure payment gateway.

The Platform may charge service or commission fees on each transaction.

Vendors will receive payouts after applicable fees and deductions.

Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy and dispute resolution terms.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Each vendor may define their own cancellation and refund policy.

The Platform may intervene in case of disputes but has the final discretion.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within [7–14] business days.

9. Damages & Disputes

Any disputes related to item damage, delayed returns, or non-payments must be reported to the Platform within [48 hours].

The Platform may mediate, but the final liability rests between Vendor and Renter.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users and Vendors must not:

Post false or misleading listings.

Circumvent the Platform’s payment system.

Engage in fraud, abuse, or illegal activities.

Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and designs on the Platform are owned by or licensed to [Your Marketplace Name].
